I'm going to give ESPN a shot (no pun intended). I was a fan of NBA 2k. NBA 2k1 and so on felt too slow, trying to be realistic, especially some of their animations where you can't control the player for a second or so because he's doing something "realistic" (trying to get a hold of the ball). I'll wait until this Sunday when Toys R Us will have the buy 2 get 1 free deal.

The guy at my local EB had a jones for Live 2004. He said Live was way better then ESPN. He did admit that Live sucked last year but he says this year it owns the competition. In fact, get this, he said the best basketball game this year will be Inside Drive 2004. I was shocked, seeing that MS usually does a crappy job of making sports games. Still, I am going with ESPN

Well, if "the guy at my local EB" says it, there's nothing further to discuss. There you have it, everybody.

lol, yeah he also told me Madden was better then ESPN, which I thought at first until I played it,

Maybe he is an EA fanboy.
