My review is up on the site I write for (posted it on Monday), along with my review of MLB 2k11 as well. We got the games kinda late, but at least we were able to review them. I liked it a lot. I went with 4 out of 5. Pros: Career mode, control scheme (once you learn it), and the Academy. Cons: Repetitive music/noises, difficulty doesn't seem to relate to the level of player, and wooden graphics of the players. To be honest, most of those cons go away pretty quickly once you play with the game a while. I'd say grab it in the high 20/low 30 range.
