Wind Waker will have Second Quest

Take a look into the Sneak Peek book for Wind Waker you got with your Master Quest disc, look at the back.. there's an ad for the Wind Waker strategy guide, and it says "Complete Details for the Second Quest!"..

This is good news indeed, I hope it follows the trend of original Zelda 2nd Quest and Master Quest at being an expert's version of the game.

They've talked about this a bit at PlanetGameCube. It doesn't sound like the second quest has that many changes:
Jonathan Says: Like Dan, I've opened this mode but haven't gotten too far into it. However, from what I've been told by other importers, the dungeons are unchanged. Most of the changes are cosmetic or involve side-quests.

Sounds cool. I'm strapped for cash, so the more play time I get out of Zelda the better.

Good investment for $50 too-- OOT, OOT: Master Quest, Wind Waker and Wind Waker 2nd Quest.

Well, it seems to me that no one was really expecting this at all, so even if there aren't many changes, it's better than nothing.

But, then again, people could have been expecting this...I haven't really paid that much attention to the Zelda stuff since I don't have a GameCube.

I really enjoyed going through the original Legend of Zelda the second time. It was a nice surprise after beating the game. Nice to see Nintendo bring it back. I'm sure there won't be a lot of changes, probably just harder bosses and dungeons like OOT: Master Quest.
