Yup. I'm on iDSL which is basically glorified ISDN 128k. I'm too far from the CO to get regular DSL.
Contrary to logic, iDSL is actually more expensive than regular DSL. My company is paying for my connection so I don't know the exact cost, but a friend of mine just got his iDSL as well and he's paying $80/month.
My provider is Covad Communications.
I have the X-Arcade on order. Hopefully will be here this week. From all the research I did, people have indicated that it will work with Live and the headset.

Ok. My X-Arcade arrived yesterday. On the Xbox adapter are 2 slots for memory cards. Only 1 of those will work with the Live Headset. You'll know when you see the green light by the mute button.

It feels just like an arcade stick. It clicks. It's got that springy feel like all the arcade machines. Response is good. I didn't detect any controller lags when playing. Oh, and it's easy to program when using with MAME.
I bought the dual and the 2 sticks are pretty close together. I can see 2 players using it if it's mounted in a cabinet. But there's no way 2 adults can sit next to each other and use this without banging elbows and shoulders.
Why buy the dual then? I needed 2 sticks for Smash TV in MAME.

I play P-Groove, so lag is a real pain for me

I've been playing online using the X-Arcade. There are matches that's lagging really bad. And some just a tiny bit.
I can't tell if the lag is from the X-Arcade or just internet lag. How do you tell?
Also, where did you hear that the X-Arcade introduces lag when playing online?

Try using your regular Xbox controller for online play. Just test the overall responsiveness of it. See how the reaction time is. Then test the X-Arcade.
Here is the thread that many X-arcade owners have been talking on regarding the subject.

Just bumping this to see if you guys are still playing this on Live. I was thinking about getting it since the only other Live game I have is Unreal (and I haven't played it in 2 months).
I am not a big Fighter Game fan but I did enjoy DOA3 a lot more than I thought I would. How does this game compare? Is it tough for an average gamer to pick it up and have fun or are you constantly pressing "LRupdownABYXRLup" to get a decent move?
