A couple of months old but not much has changed...

The DVD rack there is just my wife's bleedover of DVDs from her other shelf. We're working on getting another shelf for her extras.

(No picture of projector with a game on it handy...)
The JVC X'eye (Sega genesis/CD combo unit) and PSone are hooked up to the daylight viewing TV...my old 27" Zenith.

Need to clean up the wiring with wiretracks or something, just haven't had the time. Will be doing it soon, baby is getting pretty mobile and I need to make it baby-safe.

due to my new place being fairly small (900 sq ft), I had to do away with my 51" sammy dlp and athena surround system...
THIS is what I came up with:
sony kdl40s2000 40" HDTV
Gamecube w/ 4 wavebirds
Modded Xbox w/ all the old consoles and games I need
HDMI Toshiba DVD Player (recently upgraded to HD-DVD player [not shown])
Psyclone component switcher
Wall mount for TV
Cheap stand from Target

Here is the TV pulled away from the wall using the swivel mount:
Not at all an ideal situation for me, but the place IS small (and, hopefully, temporary)... can't wait to get back to the "home theater"... hopefully my setup will be compatible with Wii (I could see the height/position of the TV affecting certation game requirements)... i'll also be adding an Xbox 360 as soon as Ultimate MK 3 online is released.

Ok, I'll give this a whirl. I know my tv isn't anything spectacular but I think it works well for the kinds of games I play especially since I'm really into old arcade games.
Here's the 3 setups I have depending on the game. This doesn't include mat-based games for consoles.
The games are all on one long shelf near my ceiling:

Gamecube

Dual Screen goodness & Atari 2600

Nintendo & Super Nintendo
And last but....probably least:
I also have an old Gameboy, a Game Gear and a PlayStation stashed away somewhere but I never touch those (I use the Gameboy Player for Gameboy games).

I don't usually watch TV/movies with the lights off because my living room/dining room/kitchen are all pretty much in the same room, so it's a godsend to be able to watch my projector when both the lights are on and also I don't need to have blackout curtains to watch during the day.
And it was like... $899 bucks shipped. Can't beat that! My dad owns a $3000 plama TV and even he gets jealous sometimes.
