He's not in NBA2K3 how about the others?

He's in NBA2K3. You just have to download the roster updates.

How do you get the roster updates? When I go online, all I get the options for are the lobbies in which to go. Where do I go to get those files?

Well, at least in the PS2 version, it's in roster management, I think download updates.

They haven't done an update since December, though, and I thought he'd be have a little better stats than he does. Ah well, roster updates are probably one of the coolest things about having online gaming...

Yao Ming showed up in NBA Live 2003 when I did the roster update on the PS2.
