If I were to take that bet, why would I want an extra left nut?

IMO, the only thing the xbox 1 could use more of is RAM... other than that, the system has plenty of power. No doubt MS will make an XBOX2... but if they use the same thought process (ie use a cpu+gpu that are essentially standard pc stuff for the time) can we assume that the xbox will be basically a 2.5-3Ghz P4 with a GF4-esque gpu? I guess it would be nice... but 128-256MB of ram would be the coolest thing about it.

I would expect at least a 4 GHZ system, maybe 5 or even 6. 512 MB of ram seems right.

This just in! The first pictures of the XBox 2! *

* The preceding has been a joke. Don't take it seriously. I have an XBox and I love it.

There would be copyright infringements if X-Box 2 played PS2 games. Sony won't let this happen.

Although there might be a third party product like the "Bleemcast" that could be available.

But didn't Bleem go out of business due to legal pressures? Don't expect your Xbox2 to play PS2 games.

I also heard that XBox2 will also play XBox3 games, thus making it the first forwards-compatible system ever.

I heard that Xbox2 will wake you up every morning with a hummer. This from a guy stocking the shelves at "Big Lots" so you know it's reliable.

I think you got your facts messed up. All I heard was that this one guy who works at Big Lots will wake you up with a hummer if you invite him over to play on your X-Box.

Is Jtnguyen12 a legitimate member, or is he just a troll in every thread?

Bleemcast did go out of business. But who knows, another company may try to manufacture the same type of product.
