Ps2
I currently only have a PS1. I am thinking of getting a PS2. Are the controllers interchangable? Also which is better PS2 or X-Box? Seems like there are more titles out for PS2 than X-Box.
Thanks,
Rick

The first party controllers are compatible. But, in my experience, all of the 3rd party controllers I had were not compatible. Take note that I had a racing wheel and a flight stick controller for the PS1 that didn't work. I was sooo disappointed b/c I really wanted to use the flight stick for the Ace Combat 4.
Also, you aksed the million dollar question here, IMO the PS2 is the best system out there. It has the largest game library, the biggest installed base, and a bunch of A+ titles for $20.00 or less. (see greatest hits thread)

The PS1 controllers can be used but they won't work for all games because of the analog buttons on the dualk shock 2. If the game uses that feature there will be certain things that you can't do with the ps1 controller (like in Socom you wouldn't be able to throw grenades the right way).
I personally like the PS2 better than the Xbox. I have both but the PS2 gets a lot more play time because there's just not all that many interesting (IMO) games out there for the Xbox.
