I got both the PS2 Network Adapter and the XBOX Live?

Now what else do i need?

Some people told me get a hub but then someone else told me to get a router?

Which one is the right one and what brand is the best?

Use a hub if you don't mind turning on your computer first before playing your ps2 online. Use a router if want to use your ps2 online without having to turn on a computer first.

So then the Router is the best choice?

The router will provide a nice firewall and will also allow someone to surf the web while you are on XBL or using the PS2 network with only one IP address. If you get a hub and someone wants to surf the web while you're playing XBL, one of you will have to stop playing (unless you use 2 NIC cards, but I'd highly recommend the linksys router).

Check the hot deals forum for routers, if there's nothing there now just wait a week and I'm sure you'll find something. I bought mine a few weeks ago for $20 (after the rebate gets here) and it's working perfectly with my PC, PS2 and Xbox connected.

Use a router. I have a hub and I can't be online with the computer and the PS2 at the same time.
