Castlevania is great, and a sequel is in the works.
There's a new megaman game called Megaman Zero that should be coming out around the same time as the second GBA Castlevania (late spring / this summer, maybe?)

Klonoa: Empire of Dreams is pretty fun.
Does not take too long to get through, but a good time with a few very challenging bits.
Good to go thru again as well.
If you are a fan of the SNES Earthworm Jim's, the first is out and second on the way.
If you want more action in your titles, then the mentioned Castlevania, upcoming Castlevania, upcoming Megaman and Sonic.
Also, Spider-Man: Mysterio's Menace is fun, but short (so look for deal) and the new Spider-Man The Movie title is looking good.
There's always others, so let us know what's working with you, what's not.
