How exactly do you confiscate the enemy soldiers' dog tags. I have followed the instructions in the book by sneaking behind the enemy and holding them up, I then move in front of them and look at the upper torso and I see the glint of the tags but I can't get them to hand them over. Any help is appreciated

Quick question, how do you move around them once you have the gun in their back. Whenever I am able to stick them up, they start dropping stuff when I aim at the face or the crotch.

That is just hilarious. I'll bet most people would start dropping stuff if you aimed at their face or crotch

lol...ehem...about the dog tags

When you hold them up and snake says "freeze!" keep holding down the square button (fire). Hold the L1 or X button while still holding down square to run while aiming to move in front of them so the gun is facing them. Then point the gun at their head or crotch and they'll give up their dog tag. When you stick them up with your gun you can see the dog tag you haven't collected sparkling on them. You can also use the scope or camera to zoom in and look at their dog tags I believe if you push the triangle button while they're wearing them (only if you have it). I also read on a faq that if it is the soldiers birthday (using the PS2 internal clock) it will say "Happy Birthday!" on their dog tag when you use the scope to view them. This game has a ton of secrets

Also, some guards may be a little stubborn when you stick them up for their dog tag. If you stick up a guard that won't give up his dog tag and says something like, "If you're going to shoot.. then shoot..", take out your USP and shoot him in the leg or arm (make sure it isn't lethal). Then point the gun at this head again and he'll give it up.
