Sony Card promotion for PS stuff for year 2001

Hi, I'm new to this forum and decided to chip in a little info in case some of you don't know about this. This is an old promotion that's been going on all year and will end Dec 31.

The web site is: http://sonycard.sel.sony.com/

Of course if you don't have the Sony Citibank Card yet, you need to sign up first.

If you buy any PS2 software or accessories, you get points back equivalent to 10% of your purchase price. You have to use the points to buy Sony stuff, but that includes future PS2 games and other electronic goodies, theatre tickets, music CD's, etc.

Basically it's like getting 10% off any PS2 stuff you buy IN ADDITION to whatever coupons or stuff you get to use when you shop at Amazon.com or wherever else you might use a credit card to buy PS2 stuff. And there's no limit to how many times you use this promotion, as long as you do it before the calendar year ends.

For signing up, you also automatically get 5000 pts too, which is equivalent to about $50. (You need 9900 pts to get a PSOne)

This is a good credit card. In fact, it's the only credit card I have in my wallet and the promotion has allowed me to buy a ton of games this year without having to pay much. The card has no annual fee and has great customer service too. It's a Citibank card, and Citibank has been a good credit card company to me for 8 years now.
