Added Dave Mirra to the Xbox IGN reviews. Looks like this game won't fair too well on any system.

XBox games are on DVD-9 discs. For instance Halo is around 3 gig of info.

I've seen a few of the XBOX DVD's and a couple of them appear to be DVD-18 discs! They were gold in color which I've only seen wiht dual layer discs (I believe that HALO was one of them). Thursday is still so far away! HALO DD5.1 and Hi-Def to boot!!

For the record, Snowball.com was spun off from Imagine in '99. The CEO of Imagine owns 45% off Snowball.com.

You're right when you say the goldish-color is a dual layer. This is what a DVD-9 is. DVD-18 is when you have a double-sided, dual-layered disc. Therefore, Halo is not DVD-18. Anyway, it wouldn't be very cool to have to stop gameplay to turn a disc over.

Added Madden 2002 for the XBox at Gamespot.

I hope some more Gamecube reviews come in tonight.

Flay already answered the X-box ?, so I'll take the GC one. GC games come on 3" mini-DVD discs, so they should be the hardest of the 3 next gen systems to pirate. Yes the big pirating groups in asia will still find a way to do it, but it will be much more difficult for the average person to find and buy a machine capable of burning the 3" discs.

Added Hitz and Dark Summit for the XBox in the IGN section. 2 solid titles, but nothing overly spectacular.

Any review yet on Amped or F1 2001?

Also, I know they're not scheduled to be released until next week, but sometimes reviews come out earlier so I was looking for Azurik and Star Wars: Starfighter Spec. Ed.
