Just a possible word of caution: I placed an order a couple hours ago for two games and a horizontal stand. With both coupons, the total came out to be $53.46. The stand is now listed to ship soon, but on the order page says the following:

$53.46 - Total for 2 games
$0.00 - Total for stand
$77.93 - Order total

I don't know how this is going to turn out, but I hope I don't end up with a partial shipment and an overcharge of $24.

As a note also, make sure you are not buying a current game, with the winter jampacks, and then sending them together, or else you won't get the current game until a month from now!

Aghama made a great point. Looks like they're shipping out at different prices than they're confirming at. I'm being overcharged 14.00 on my order. And they way they did it on my order makes no logical sense. Looks like i'll be making a call tomorrow to amazon.

that is why you just dispute the charges if they try this. I bet they will credit back any overcharges what choice do they have.

I dont' think i'll have to dispute the charges. Amazon is the wuss on the playground.

I'll call then and simply explain there are two options:
-Credit my card back for the 14.00 they overcharged me. OR
-They can Spend 12-16 dollars on 2 prepaid return labels, so i can send these two shipments back to them, getting all my money back, they'll lose a customer (bluff) and waste even more of the man power and time than if they had just charged me correctly the first time.

If I order metal Gear solid, a verticle stand, and a remote, Then I only end up paying for the stand and remote b using the coupon code.

The dvd remote doesn't count on the offer, at least not when i tried it. The stands for some reason are listed as software and not accesories, and thats why they work.

In theory, yes. But as the orders are getting ready for shipment, a few of us here, and a few people on the IGN boards are noticing there orders are being charged for more than what they were placed at. So proceed with caution.

While every one of us would interpret the coupon that way, for reasons unknown, the website does not. It interprets the coupon to be $49.99 off the order. I ordered MGS2, 007, and the Jampack using both the tru coupon and the $10/$75 couopn and got it all for $55 shipped. It's a hell of a deal.

The other odd thing is that even though I marked as "ship entire order together", my stands are listed as shipping soon, cannot be cancelled.

For one of the orders I had placed for something that wasn't a preorder, I didn't get any type of discount at all, and so my total for the game and 2 stands was $76 or so.

So, it looks like I'm going to get to call Amazon a few times and try to get them to just charge me the $15, or I cancel multiple orders. Unless I check my CC and they charge me the right amount. Anyone have much experience with browbeating Amazon reps?

....I really want Devil May Cry and MGS2.....but not sure if I want to risk it.

I *almost* went for this deal when it was posted ordering the 2 stands and a game, but I have a feeling that the stands and jumppak were counted as games in the coupon database when they shouldn't have been. Seeing how people are getting charged more now (the actual amount) or some screwy number means they tons of people must be ordering from them and they figured out that they made a mistake in the coupon. This sucks though, I'm guessing if you got in early enough you might get your stuff, otherwise its probably messed up.

Yes, AFAIK. I got MGS2, 007, and DMC... I chose the "ship as available" option, and it cost me ~$108.
