Worst PC FPS EVER Made!

No - it's not Daikatana. It's called Thundra. Here's the 10 MB download (quick if you have high speed connection) and this will probably consume about 10 - 15 minutes of your time (that you won't ever get back - be warned) and it's so bad it's laughable. I spent about 15 minutes with it and deleted it off my hard drive. It was worth a giggle though.

Here's a letter I just wrote (as a joke) to the designers...

I downloaded and installed your Thundra PC game. I was very impressed with it. I liked it better than Daikatana too... I'm saving up money to buy the full version. I have a pentium 60 pakard bell - will your game run on it? I think it has 50 megabyte ram and 500 megabite hard drive. I dont know what video card I have but i dont think it'is excellerated. When I climed up the ladder i got stuck behind it and died. It's such a thrilling game experience because it's hard to stay alive- it is so much more realistic than any other game where the enemy can shoot you 100000 times and you don't die. I get hit once or touched or fall off a ladder and I die. That would happen in real life. The nucler TNT grenades are awesome. I liked the special affects of the lightning and rain. That's the best I've ever seen. The weapons blast looks amazing too. I played counterstrike online and it was too unrealistic because if you get hit with a gun you dont die. If i got shot with a gun, I would be dead or else I wouldn't want to go on living. Same for if a zombie touched me - I wouldn't want to go on living with zombie germs on me either. The coolest thing is when you sidestep the image slants to the side and gets all choppy - when I walk side to side that's what happens. I loved the Blair Witch project because it was real and when you run the camera shakes.

Good work you guys - keep putting out mroe like this. Where do I pick it up in stores?

Trigger
Here's a link to go download this piece of crap. Enjoy! (P.S. click on smiley face.)

I looked at the pretty pictures, but then decided it was in the best interest for mankind should I not download that game. I hope I will be forgiven in the afterlife for making such a mistake.

You're not missing anything beyond a huge belly-laugh... I was cracking up at how bad it was. I think it's a must-download for those with high speed connections, though.

Thanks for writing.
Thundra is only available to purchase form our website via Mastercard or
Visa right now.
It is in a special pack with Silent Running our (old time) email game for
$14.
Unfortunately Thundra won't run very well on anything under 266 mhz with 32
megs ram and a 4 meg video card.
Glad you liked it.

I guess I should stay away since a 10 MB download on my slow dialup account will kill me.

sounds great

No, I'm pretty sure Trespasser is worse.

what about that action title that was released a year ago, for which I forget the title... but it was a "christian action game" where you try to convert sinful Romans with your ray of goodness or something. It sounds like something out of the Simpsons but it was actually made!! I tend to recall PC Gamer Magazine giving it a really bad review.

Yeah that game was called Catechuman or something like that, I certainly remember the PC Gamer review.... quite funny... but hey if somebody thinks they can appeal to that kind of market, more power to them. I know Ned Flanders certainly bought it...

I don't think Trespasser was technically an FPS, more of an "arm sim"...

Actually, Deer Hunter 1, as low-tech as it was, played pretty well. It had a simple interface, you could do what you wanted to do without having to read the manual in detail, and it gave you good feedback.

Jurassic Park: Trespasser was so amazingly horrible that it's amazing that it got published at all. You struggled just to get the "virtual arm" you controlled to do anything. And the physics of the world were supposed to be realistic, but were all wrong. The first puzzle had you picking up a crate and putting it in a stream so you could cross. When you dropped the crate, it bounced around like a cross between a superball and a balloon before it finally settled down in some odd position.

The only fun thing to do in Trespasser was to look down your own cleavage.

Unless you guys have downloaded and played this game, you have no clue what is worse than this game. This is THE WORST game ever created. Just download it and see for yourself. This game makes Daikatana, Tresspasser, Deer Hunter and Extreme Paintball look like Half-Life.
