I got it at EB used for 10 bucks AND DAMN IS IT CREEPY. I kept hearing people talk about it and then with part 2 coming out for the ps2 later on this year I thought I would see how it is. And the whole heart beating throught he control thing is a nice touch

Played it out last year and thought it was one of the best Playstation releases ever. I played it partially through again because there are extra's you can find but could not get them to work. Those children are appallingly creepy. Great game.

Yeah, its a great game. Silent Hill 2 would be one of the reasons why i am getting the playstation 2 at the end of the year.

The first time I played it I had to turn it off when I was walking around inside the school for the first time. Man that was creepy!

Ho yeah. Easily beats out previous winners 7th guest and System Shock 2 as the most unnerving gameplay experience I can recall.

Of course, the absolute scariest thing about Silent Hill was that it corrupted my memory card when I was halfway through the game, so I had to start over...

Ah, well, I get what I deserve for saving 5 bucks by buying a non-Sony memory card.

Silent hill IS the creepiest game ever ....Can't wait for SH2.
