I only have Grandia 2 but I absolutely love it!! I've logged over 60 hours of game play on it already! I plan to start SOA next. But what I'm wondering is which other RPG titles are "must have" titles for DC owners??? Probably the four most obvious ones are Shenmue, Grandia 2, PSO and Skies of Arcadia. Any other titles out there that you all can recommend??

Skies of Arcadia isn't my proverbial bag o' ass, if you get my drift. The fight sequences are about as exciting as watchin' senile old men feed birds, especially compared to Grandia 2's battle system. The story's decent and the characters are mediocre, but the main turn-off are the immensely boring battles.
Shenmue's a great game in comparison, but after you play through it once, you'll never want to touch it again (though you'll be hard-up for a sequel, and fast).
As far as other RPGs, try Evolution 1 & 2. You can pick both up for about 6 bucks each nowadays. They're not great, but they're decent little adventure games. Whatever you do, don't touch "Timestalkers" or "Elemental Gimmick Gear," no matter how cheap you can get it for.

Can anyone give me the history of Grandia? For example, where was Grandia 1? And please, please tell me there will be a Grandia 3!! If so, which system?
I think I'd buy whatever system necessary just to play through the sequel (should there be one...).
And what about "Silver"?? I can pick it up for about $12 if it's worth it...
