PS2 - I wanna take screenshots of myself playing...help!

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good vid cap program to take pictures of myself playing ps2, for web sites and stuff. I have my ps2 hooked up to my pc, but every time i grab a single frame, it looks totally screwy thanks to lines and blur from the motion. Can anyone recommend a good way to do this?

see if you can get your hands on either VidCap II (shareware) or VirtualDub (free).
what i do is capture as a video what i'm playing. then when i have the video, i go frame by frame to see which ones are good and only capture those frames for the images.
