So the Duke Nukem Forever and Max Payne videos were released today. Anyone want to give those of us who are bandwidth-impaired their thoughts about it? I'm hoping I can leave this dial-up on overnight to retrieve these vids. My 28.8 modem hates me.

I was shocked. I was looking forward to both games but they blew me away. They are unbelievable and now I can see how they took so long. Vaporware no more.

Max Payne looks phenomenal. I like this trailer better than the Metal Gear Solid one.

btw, download the STREAMING versions of the Max Payne video. They are new E3 footage. The non-streaming ones are old footage.

Haven't checked out the new ones yet, but the old ones are phenomenal. Showing the ability to switch to slow motion for bullet dodging and shooting is just too cool.

Duke 4 is sweet. I have only watched it once so far but it looks true to the last one with in-game movie references, strippers (almost life like), etc. Plot looks like aliens have landed and taken the president. They ask Duke for help then the ass kicking starts. Looks like a must have. I bought a new computer when HL came out and I may have to do the same for this one (along with the fact that I am having computer problems anyway).

BTW: I don't think Duke talked at all during this clip but he had pletty of people talking to him. I really got the Half-life meets Duke Nukem feel from this latest movie. That is a very good thing if you ask me.
