As an ex-AOL member and someone who is very anti-AOL, I was not happy to see this news. Oh well, just my opinion.

Yeah, I hate AOL too and only use it when I am home from college where there is no ethernet (sigh). But from my experience AOL has cleaned up their act and connecting to their server seems to be no problem. Maybe they are a good choice. I just hope they don't shove advertisement s down your throat though liek they do now

this is truly disturbing news...
The only thing that will appease me is if they make a broadband adapter and be able to access without paying ANOTHER ISP fee.
I'm just gonna cross my fingers and hope that Xbox does that so Sony will HAVE to.
