Help with Undying!!!

Just bought Clive Barkers Undying a few days ago before moving. I took the CD out of the case in preparation to install it now I can't find the case. The CD is asking for CD code listed on bottom left of CD case. I spoke to someone at babbages and even showed them my receipt but they are not very sympathetic. Any ideas?
