Lets start out where Wrestlemania will more then likely put in the first match...

APA and Taz vs. RTC

well this should just be a filler match. The history behind this one is pretty easy to get. Taz being the anouncer taking J. King's place of the fued with RTC has APA who also has a history against the RTC. a simple match where the people just needed some angle to be put into wrestlemania. simple as that..

Moving on next, Euro title on the line as

TEST vs. Eddie Guerrero

The battle is also one where the Euro title has been held by both. Eddie wants it back and Test needs a new angle. go figure. this match should have some decent spots, nothing to great. this match could have just been another match on raw or smackdown.

Chyna vs. Ivory

Chyna can't sell an injury and Ivory is in RTC.. which makes my attention for this match a zero.

run down.. Ivory "Injured" Chyna twice already. putting her out of action . Chances are, Chyna will get the belt, unless there is more P.R. she is going to do for her book. in which case, if there is any tour dates for chyna for book signings... count ivory as the winner..

Hardcore title belt

Raven Vs. Big Show Vs. Kane

Ok, the story behind this one looked promising when it was Kane and Big show. and as much as i like raven. I have to say it would have worked better without him in this match. they threw him in here just simply because he has no other angles to work off i suppose.

Chris benoit vs. Kurt Angle

Ok. this match has not much history behind it growing. last year Kurt did lose one of his belts to Benoit at wrestlemania in a 2 count fall match. but after that. the fued pretty much died intill a few weeks ago, when this match was rumored. the T.V. angle push on smackdown and raw have shown.. this is going to be one hell of a match! Benoit and Angle know how to fight it out Tech. style. So expect a lot of Old school moves, not usually seen in todays "brawling" fights. just seeing the little out burst of fights on smackdown and raw, you can tell there will be a lot of reversals and suplexes mixed in. this one will be able to swept the night if done right

Chris jericho vs. william Regal

This match has been holding a lot of blood between it. it looks like it will be one of the matches of the night if done right. Jericho has been needing the spot light, and only is given a small mid-carders spot to do it in. Regal is multi-talented wrestler, who needs to get on the mic more and both will put on a great show.

Plain and simple... Undertaker vs. HHH

this is going to be one hell of a match. sure the UT has grown old and is a slow as hell fighter. and HHH is not much faster either with his build. but this has had the story line growing and growning through the last few weeks of TV air time. and you sure as hell gonna bet that UT gets his punches in for what HHH did to his bike...

this is going to be one bloody match as Smackdown's busted open forehead showed...

TLC II
(picture to be edited in later)

This one will pretty much be a rehash of last years matches.
With the addition of Rhyno and Spike dudley... this one will have a few more surprises, but who knows. I am just worried that they will lose orginality in this whole match and it will be more of the same. Now the big question.. where does lita fit in this whole thing? Will they play up the angle that she is in the hospital (as they suggested on smackdown?) or will she be at ringside throwing a few punches aswell??? this one will be one Hell of a match though..

This is the match that pretty much will set the story lines to come when it comes to WCW vs WWF.

Shane, being the new owner of WCW *buying* it from under Vinces feet, now makes this one Very personal.

Added the fact that Linda will be at ring side on her wheelchair (can anyone smell a mircle coming??) and MICK FOLEY as special ref... It looks like Vince could really be screwed in this match. As of this moment, HBK does not look like he will be at wrestlemania because of his attitude at the Smackdown taping.. so count that out. also, Shane said that he will have someone watch his back on sunday. could this be Booker T or another of his new empolyees at WCW??

this one will have Angle chaning effects no matter what happens. Needless to say, my eyes are wide open for this one.....

THE ROCK vs. STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN

the main event. this is the big daddy of them all. who will walk away with the belt??

In the past, the rock has always face defeat against stone cold at wrestlemania. So if stone cold was to walk out of this wearing the gold, this would just be telling the past with rock and wresltemania... walking out without the belt once again.

This battle hopes to look promising, but the factor here is... the two men don't use as many moves as they used to. they are mainly spots here and there. Hopefully they can pull it off with no problems. In any case, this will be one for the books. Also, you might want to note that the rock will be filming "scorpion king" in the coming weeks. so this will lead him to lose the belt down the line if not tomorrow night. in any case.. this is the big match of the night...

Feel free to post your comments on each match aswell as Your guesses on what will happen..

Now time for rumors:

*Several WCW wrestlers have been asked to show up at Wrestlemania with ring attire and belts(if they have one)
This could have everything to do with Vince vs. Shane match.. Booker T was indeed asked this. they will meet up with J.R. to talk about this

*Its comfirmed that Motorhead will be at the event playing HHH's theme live. not comfirmed as of yet is Limp bizkit, who would make a bit more sense considering the publicity WWF's has been giving them.

*The ross report stated that Bobby "The Brain" Heenan and Mean Gene Okerlund will be at hand for the axxess event, and might be the special anouncers for the Battle royal gimmick match, but nothing past this weekend is even being considered for the two.

*Rikishi is still out of commission. so don't expect him at wrestlemania.

(interesting note)
at Axxess, lita had a Q&A and one answer was that there was going to be 9 people involved in the TLC match... well she stated she will be staying away from the ring

so that just leaves 8 in my book... Rhyno, spike, Edge, Christian, Buh Buh, D-von, Matt and jeff... hmmmmmmmmmm

Gillberg and Jim Cornette are confirmed for battle royal.

but here's a main event spoiler:
Spoiler:
On Axxess just now as I was watching, Chaz gave away the ending to the main event (Austin wins). It seemed legit as the hosts and the others were petty shocked when he said it and then the others teased him about it the rest of the show, as in, how Vince will fire him for this

It appears that of all the matches you listed w/your opinions, there are only 3 matches worth seeing in this PPV. All the rest are "fillers", don't have a history/storyline or the participants are old or on the downside of their career.

My only interest in this PPV would be WCW involement in any capacity. Rock v. Austin? Gee, haven't we seen this before? Shane V. Vince? Sounds familiar..... The only other one is Jericho V. Regal, and Regal couldn't commishion a whore, plus he has zero appeal in the ring. You should swap him w/X-pac. At least X-pac will get real fan heat.

Think I'll wait for the dvd rental on this PPV.....

The Only real Heat X-pac will get is one he has gotten no matter what kind of push the WWF has tried with him..

"X-PAC SUCKS!" repeated over and over again.

Man, that angle between x-pac and jericho was TERRRRRRRRIBLE! simply terrible!

I won't come back with a report on what happens because most of you reading this thread will be watching... some may even be attending. But I will let you know what went on off the cameras and after the PPV is over... i love how they still continue fighting and going on and on after it goes off tv. until tomorrow....

Actually, I really like Regal.

He's pretty funny, and a pretty good wrestler. Those expressions on his face are priceless.

Here are my predictions

World Wrestling Federation Championship
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. The Rock

Im more of a Rock fan then stone cold , but i know Austin will win. Why you ask? Because rock is scheduled to start filming the Mummy Prequal Scorpian King

Triple H vs. Undertaker
Even though its a grudge match, its going to setup the number one contender for the title. Triple H beat austin in Feb , this time Undertaker will win saying how he beat HHH so he deserves to go against Austin

Street Fight
Special referee: Mick Foley
Vince McMahon vs. Shane McMahon

Unless someone turns against Shane he will win

TLC II
Dudley Boyz vs. Hardy Boyz vs. Edge & Christian

A sequal to one of the greatest matches of all time
Look for the Dudley's to win. Hardyz probably going to head over to WCW to help the tag team division for a bit and edge/christian just annoy the hell out of me :-)

Intercontinental Championship
Chris Jericho vs. William Regal

Cheerio-I am a huge jericho fan, but somehow Regal is going to win. My guess is it will setup a angle how a COmmish cant hold the title, therefore the powers go to the person before him which just happens to be Foley

Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle
Should be a excellent Technical Match with Benoit on Top

Hardcore Championship
Big Show vs. Kane vs. Raven

Look for Kane to finally regain some WWF gold, he deserves it. Last few months his angles have been a lot better.

Women's Championship
Chyna vs. Ivory

If Chyna dosnt win, then what was the entire point of the getting injured story line?

European Championship
Test vs. Eddie Guerrero

I think this match will surprise a lot of people. At one point test was going vs HHH , but then the WWF screwed him by breaking the marry to steph story line. Now his his time to shine. he wins

Gimmick battle royal
GILLBERGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Six-man tag
Tazz & APA vs. Right to Censor

Tazz and APA finally beat RTC

Capt

Well, since I haven't made it a point to watch WWF in the last 2 years, I really don't know about the Jericho/X-pac angle. Still, as much of the X-pac Sucks chants as I have read about, and as much as I have heard how received Regal is, it just seems a better match w/X-pac than without. Jericho is so over and X-pac is so despised that it sounds good on paper.

I'm still not buying the PPV, I'll read it on the web!
