Fox (for Fringe, even though we don't watch it on regular TV)
CW (for Supernatural, even though we don't watch it on regular TV either).

I know! I didn't check the date and wondered why the OP was talking about UPN and the WB, but it didn't really hit till people mentioned The X-Files. 
But since I started thinking about it already, what the heck: I watch more on Fox these days (Glee, Idol, Fringe). Then probably CBS (Good Wife, Survivor), NBC (Chuck, 30 Rock), ABC (Castle, Housewives though I'm not proud of it), CW (Smallville).
