Yeah I don't know if this was really the best episode to open up the season with. Sure get Mbenga in a fight since Babs knows Jiu Jitsu but the whole juicing thing was just weird. Anyone else think it was supposed to be a sedative used on the bad guys?
Pellia I think will be interesting and what a great way to introduce a new character. I didn't much appreciate the stealing the Enterprise bit. It's been done before and in a much more thoughtful way. Also treats it like a really lite infraction, But at least they acknowledged that. The whole scene with Spock's warp saying was hilarious but unfortunately already used in the trailers.
So not a spectacular start to season 2 but at least it was a fun episode. Fun is something that STD and Picard S1 and 2 totally forgot about. So for now I'll gladly accept some silliness.
