I wouldn't be surprised if their reactions were scripted/shot, but ultimately dumped during the final hour. You just get the feeling that this show just wanted to end with all smiles and happiness and have no mention of death & gloom.

Don't give them any ideas! It would probably turn into a 6 season spin-off of a spin-off.

This is the co-showrunner’s thoughts on Kreese and Silver’s fates.

Hilary must be too busy performing for central asian dictators. Between that and the crappy TV projects it makes you wonder how she squandered all of that Oscar success from 20 years ago. She was the hottest thing in Hollywood back in 2005 and then....nothing. Coming back to do a cameo on this show should have been a no brainer for her but she was probably asking for more money than they could offer. She should fire her agent or start picking projects herself.

This really makes you appreciate someone like Gene Hackman who was very good at selecting roles that showcased his talent but also were consistently at a high quality level. Some actors you just know by name the show will be good because they don't pick crap to be in and he was one of them. No Hallmark movies for him.

Are you forgetting Welcome to Mooseport (or Superman IV: The Quest for Peace)? Then again, I'm sure everyone would like to forget it.

So instead of being a cog in the machine, she wants to be the machine. Sounds like she wants to be a producer and/or studio exec. I hope she succeeds.

Another allegation of harassment. I disagree with the use of the word "sexual" in the report, though.

Re: Cobra Kai (Netflix) - The Sixth and Final Season

I keep repeating the part of the video where she shows where she was bit because I can't see anything, not even a bruise. Which is good since the article had made it seem like a far worse injury. Although she still has every right to be pissed.

As for his actions, I've encountered plenty of older folk (both men and women) who horseplay like that (although usually a pinch instead of a bite). But it's usually with close family members, not co-workers. However, it can get out of hand on occasion. Old folk strength is sometimes a real thing.

I'm glad the video got out there because (a) you can see how genuinely sorry Martin is, and (b) you can also see there's not much of a bruise to speak of. Which is not to say what he did wasn't inappropriate, but it's far more a miscalculation on his part than actual assault or harassment (yes, I know "legally" it's assault, but come on...).

She said it was so hard she almost bled....video and images say otherwise.
It doesn't excuse his action of biting her in the first place, but she made it seem like he was about to go all Walking Dead on her.

Martin Kove has a reputation for being an asshole. Just ask Bill Hader.

He has a reputation for pranking people. Not for being an a-hole. Big difference.

If someone pulls a prank on me like that, he's an asshole.

Prank? Or asshole? You be the judge.

If I attempted to fake bite the arm of one of my female friends, even jokingly, they would probably never want to speak to me ever again.

Re: Cobra Kai (Netflix) - The Sixth and Final Season

My buddy and I, who I have watched every episode with since the first season on Youtube Red, finally wrapped up the show this weekend. We were both Karate Kid fans as kids and are now into our 50's so Johnny's earlier seasons definitely resonated with us both.

Both of us loved the first couple of seasons but it definitely lost some spark the longer the show went on. We never gave a shit about any of the teen drama and that seemed to become a more pronounced part of the show every year. This last season felt like a bit of a slog which is why it took us so long to finish it.

I will say that I was very happy how it wrapped up and it really shows how great William Zabka is as an actor. He just didn't become the big thing I think he could have. His final scene with Kreese was fantastic and made the slow sludge of the final season worth it. And I was very happy to see him NOT do the crane kick. It was funny because him being in the Miyagi-Do gi just seemed unnatural and I mentioned that earlier on to my buddy, so we both cheered when he put the black back on.

We think they missed out on having Silver snort a shit ton of cocaine before his final tournament scene. That would have been fantastic and would have been a nice callback to one of the funniest lines earlier in the series when he said him being so "coked out" to explain why he was terrorizing a high school kid. That guy should have been bigger in Hollywood too. I need to go back and watch some of his old flicks. What was his best ones?

I thought the CG Pat Morita looked decent and since it was a dream, I was good with it. It was a nice wrap-up for Daniel and Mr. Miyagi.

I would have liked to have seen Hillary Swank come back and make an appearance, but we did get both Elizabeth Shue (which I never thought would happen) and the other main girls from the II & III so I am good. Plus, Barnes was awesome. Chozen was good in the beginning of the show. He was such a badass in Part II, but he appears to have aged 5 years to every one year the rest of the old cast had. It sucked seeing him as a goofy, old man for most of the final seasons for me.

I am glad it is over though, as they really had nowhere else to go with this. The first couple of seasons of Cobra Kai are pure gold.

ps. Does Ralp Macchio wear a rug? Because it sure looked like it in this season.

Will likely check out Karate Kid Legends soon. We had been waiting until we finished Cobra Kai to watch it. Then a rewatch of the trilogy is in order. I never tire of the first movie.
