Ummmm... NO. Season 7 was BY FAR the worst of that series. At least 6 of the episodes that season were total crap. Masaka is waking! Mind rape! Ghost rape! HORRIBLE stuff.

Season 6 was a little better, with only a couple clunkers, but several that were less than stellar.

Season 5 is where the dropoff in quality started. Not a lot, but enough to be noticeable.

Season 1 - mostly mediocre stuff. Season 2, still mediocre.

So you had Seasons 3 and 4 at top level, 5 near top level, 6 dropping, and 7 was garbage.

Upon further review, TNG wasn't all that great. Sometimes it was. Sometimes it wasn't. DS9 was better. It was good on a more consistent basis.

I'd LOVE to say Babylon 5, but Season 1 was good, but still growing (not quite great, with a couple exceptions). Season 5 had some fantastic episodes, but a handful of mediocre ones as well. Seasons 2-4? Yeah, pure awesomeness!

I CAN say that Stargate Atlantis was pure awesomeness from start to finish. Great series!

Every TV show ever made . . . if you don't count the bad episodes and uneven seasons.

The Good Place - Even finding creative stories after the the one and done gimmick of the first season.
Warehouse 13 - It went darker when SyFy skewed to a new demographic but never betrayed it’s core fan base.

Homicide: Life on the Street retained a very high quality despite the constant cast changes. At the time, I thought the last season was really poor but was really surprised how strong it was during a recent rewatch.

Oz stayed consistently strong through its entire run.

She was kind of a terrible character that season but got better the following season.
I came here to suggest Cheers. I recently finished rewatching it, and season 6 was the weakest part of the shows run and I think part of it was them trying to figure out how to continue after losing Diane. But it's not a bad season, and there are still some great episodes in it.

Understatement of the year. That last season completely disqualifies HIMYM.
