The opening of Westworld, following a character through those classic Western tropes, up to the death and getting a major surprise reveal, was pretty great. So much so, it got repeated in subtle variations at least three more times.

The opening scene of Pushing Daisies perfectly sets us the whimsical, fairy tale like tone of the series.
