So, I can't not wonder why SNL made that tweet a video.

That's probably her little part of the opening credits, so they just posted it.

Davidson and Bunny aren’t draws for me but two good hosts to start back with. Happy it’s returning.

Maybe asking too much but it would be nice if they added the 2 or 3 episodes they lost in May to this current season.

Too bad. I enjoyed the time off. I could usually squeeze in watching another movie on Saturday nights instead of having to watch SNL.

It is not like SNL is on every week during the season and you get two week breaks and then the long holiday break from mid Dec to mid January.

Or . . . it's not like you have to watch it.

Yeah, but I feel an obligation to watch even though I don't enjoy it that much anymore. Been watching pretty regularly since the Eddie Murphy era.

And now you can get on board early for the Chloe Troast era. Get excited, dude!!!

I did not like the SNL post 1995 era but still watched it though I think that mid to late aughts cast was probably one of the best cast eras and you can put them alongside the early 90's cast.

I have literally no idea who this host is, but at least I approve of the musical guest (another one who was bumped by the Writer's Strike last Spring).

In before "David Grohl has already been on SNL 14 times doing music, can't they find somebody new". -wink-

A show to appease the old white guy crowd.

Nate Bargatze is a standup comedian. I recognized the name but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen or heard any of his standup. I’m guessing we’ll be seeing a bunch of non-actors hosting SNL for a little while.

Nate Bargatze is really funny. You guys should check out his standup specials. I actually have tickets to see him on tour that week and just got alerted that the show has been rescheduled to next June because if his SNL appearance.

I watched his most recent special a month or so ago and it was it really good. He's one of the most popular comedians in the US right now. Surprised more of you haven't heard of him.

His IMDB page is just his stand up specials. I imagine many comedians aren't well known outside of stand up followers until the get a few acting gigs under their belts. Especially considering there's no longer a monoculture around Johnny Carson, David Letterman and HBO Rising Stars specials.

He is pretty huge. I haven't seen anything from him but I still know who he is. Just because you don't know who he is doesn't mean he isn't well known.

The name Bargatze doesn't sound familiar and looking him up, I've never seen him before. Odd that I wouldn't have come across him on Youtube.

I'd like to see Taylor Tomlinson host. I find her funny and she seems like she could be good in sketches. She's also cute.

nate bargatze is pretty funny, IMO. This will be the first time I watch SNL on purpose in about 15 years.

I know who he is since he has appeared on Fallon a couple of times

Nate's been doing standup for years, I've seen a lot of his specials, he's really funny. It's rare that I not only know but am actually a fan of both the host and musical act on SNL.
