Re: Archer (FXX) -- Season 11 and beyond Thread

After only watching a random episode here and there over the years I'm now doing a full viewing, starting from the beginning. The 2nd episode of the Archer gets breast cancer story in season 2 was one of the funniest episodes of TV I've watched in a long time.

I used to LOVE this show . . . I even had a Sheep Game made up at one point (Season 5 or 6 maybe?), but figured it was a little too niche.

Then the dream seasons put me off. Conceptually, they should have been great with the genre hopping, but they just fell flat for me. I'm not even sure where I left off. I know it was in one of the more recent seasons. Will have to go back and finish this classic.

For me, the last couple of seasons have been much better than the "dream" seasons. And the finale was pretty good. They gave Sterling a decent send off. I'll miss this show.

I can definitely see how the dream seasons would be annoying if I were watching it live and having to wait all that time. During a binge, I have found them fun. Although, I just got to 1999 and I'm not sure if I'll enjoy this one. Doesn't have the charm of the first two so far.

Danger Island was my favorite of the "coma" seasons, but you're already past that.

Danger Island was my favorite as well. Cheryl's story going from random person on her honeymoon to a God to a local tribe of cannibals, with everything in-between was fun to watch.

Was there a reason they made Fabian sound like the guy from Princess Bride conducting the wedding?
