6 and a half through and still loving it

Prime ads are still minimal, though I recall seeing a "Brought to you ad-free" comment when I started watching it yesterday.

Just want to give a huge shout-out to episode 7 (I haven't made it that far, yet). It's written by one of my best friends and former Internet Brands receptionist, Chaz Hawkins! He worked at IB as he went through film school (and interned with Gale Anne Hurd) and was my witness at my civil marriage service.

Just watched the first episode.... surprised at how much fan service there is. So far it's really good. Kind of makes me want to start playing the game again.

It looks like the series picked the “Bloody Mess” perk.

Fun fact: In the first couple of games, Bloody Mess was nothing more than a cool effect. Now it has the same effect but adds a scaling damage bonus as well. So it's worth it to take. But the Fallout games to me have been the most fun when you can talk your way out of anything (high charisma and intelligence). I don't think low intelligence affects you as much as it used to though. In part 2, if your had low intelligence, you'd speak like a caveman

Thru episode 4 now. Love this show... keeps getting better and better.

Binged it in a couple days. Really entertaining. Can't say it dragged or felt too padded. Great cast of likeable leads. Some really funny scenes. Walton Goggins is top notch in both versions of his character. Great hearing Westworld composer Ramin Djawadi familiar tones again.

I just finished it. Loved the Deathclaw skull and when I saw the skyline of New Vegas at the end I got chills. Can’t wait for season two. I’m just surprised I didn’t pick up on the Mr. House cameo. I kept thinking that guy looks familiar.

I would love to see Goggins play the ghoul in a spinoff. Maybe a prequel? He was great.

Great season.

The story has me craving to see more of the world they setup.

Also, the story origin doesn’t seem too far fetched.

What actor does Goggins look like under that makeup? They could play brothers. Same mouth and chin. Been bothering me.

He has the same smile as that ghost preacher from Poltergeist 2.

I’m only through episode 3 but I love how they included the companion whose main job is to hold all your crap with the squire and their giant bag.

Finished it. Enjoyed it. The production values were very good. Goggins was amazing as he always is.

We are through four eps, and really enjoying it for the most part.

Walton Goggins has presence even with a red skull mask on.

the Brotherhood of Steel story is the only one that is mediocre, imo.

Oh, and that was Erik Estrada.

It wouldn't be Fallout if this weren't the case.

Started watching last night. 2 eps in. Enjoying it so far.

Observations:
- "Maximus" makes me think of "WISH" version of Jonathan "Kang" Majors. And I don't mean that as a insult. I like him.
- Always good seeing the OG Paul Atriedes
- I love how veteran actress Leslie Uggams has become a staple in Sci Fi and Superhero(Deadpool films) stuff.
- I've been a fan of Sarita Choudhury, the actress playing "Lee Moldaver", since "Mississippi Masala". Good seeing her here.

After sitting through 2 shitty seasons of Halo, I loved this show.

Now give us a Bioshock show.

Did anyone catch the level of detail? When the one Ghoul was dying (in episode 3 I think) - the way the debris was piled up in the corner with a chair sticking out - that's straight from the game. Stomping the rad-roaches, the junk-gun being in the first episode - I appreciate all of that.

Love the Maximus and Lucy characters as well (and of course, Goggins). They have levels to them and of course, they chose actors that actually know how to act.

Every episode has topped the one that came before it - I'm on 4 now.

Just binged the last 3. Wow. Bring on season 2.

Deadpool. That’s where I remember her from. Great actress.
