4 seasons seems like a good run for this.

I've liked Black Lightning and they've had good episodes for the most part, but I never felt like it had the buzz to make it a popular pop culture show. And I feel like that happens with many good well produced shows. You like them and think they're entertaining, but it just doesn't have that "special" factor that makes you want to talk and analyze it.

Was undecided as to whether to actually watch S4 or drop the show as it's the only Arrowverse show I haven't fully dropped at this point. News that it's the final season means I'll go ahead and finish up the show.

Final Seaso 4 for Black Lightning? Thank god.

Just watched Season 3 where Freeland was taken over by those ASA military characters especially that black leader that was a meta where he absorbs powers or whatever. Him losing that outside fight against Black Lightning was lame. Couldnt handle the lightning absorbing so he passed out.

Season 4 i think they really need to tone it down with the Freeland cops shooting at and killing the black folk. Waste of Season 3 where they kept doing that.

also it would be nice to see Barry Allen, Joe, Iris along with John Diggle and Lila to make a day visit or whatever to Freeland to visit Jefferson and his family.

But since Freeland is a hellhole for both white people and black people, i wonder what John and Joe would think of the place while Barry would probably get picked on because hes a white guy adopted by a black cops and Barry being married to a black woman.

What would make it better for Barry and gang is that John and Lila would make up a story that ARGUS has sort of a reason to be in Freeland while avoiding a fued with ASA

Gambi and Joe would get along since theyre pretty much fathers to Jefferson and Barry anyway
