These episodes are really tough to get through.
Really wish they'd stop using the bi-polar story line. Been there too many times already.
Thank god I have a notebook next to me so I can surf while "watching" the show.

Carrie dealing with mental illness has been there since the beginning of the show. It's a part of the character. I can only imagine that some people who suffer with the condition appreciate Homeland not shying away from dealing with it. Showing Carrie dealing with mental illness on an on-going basis doesn't bother me any more than they always showing her blonde or speaking English.

So this guy helping Carrie now, last week he was scared of her, she would damage his career. Now she tells him that she's bipolar and he's in for the ride! Because he had a bipolar girlfriend of course.

I may go to Child Services and grab Frannie as she is a neglected child at this point!

Yea, I get that it's part of her character and that people who have it have to deal with it all the time - but it's become major story lines in 3 or 4 seasons now and gets boring and takes away from the main focus of the show (which used to be about fighting terrorism - I'm not sure what it's about anymore).

I have no problem with scenes about her mental illness, I have more problems with the crazy right-wing rednecks getting TV time.

So her sister who was frantically looking for her isn’t now that’s shes off on a day trip? So much bullshit.
I just watched an episode of the Mindy Project where Mindy was downloading illegal shows and her laptop got taken over. And she handled it better than Carrie I’m the last episode.
