I thought the first episode was OK. Tried a little too hard to be current, and Kermit’s voice wasn’t quite right for me.

I also watched the first episode. It was alright. The Miss Piggy segment was amusing as was the Swedish chef segment.

I did chuckle a little with Kermit being a constant photo bomber.

I've come to accept the voices will never be perfect, but they mostly get the feel of them right.

First episode was okay. Swedish Chef wasn't as chaotic as expected, but insisting that the delivery guy not get a tip was funny.
Overall, I like the concept and I'll watch some more.

Edit to add: Kermit being a photobomber was funny, but his insistence on pronouncing it like *that* was even funnier.

That's the thing that gets me. There's a lot of really good, versatile voice actors out there, yet no one's been able to get Kermit's voice right since Jim Henson died. Steve Whitmire was probably the closest, but there was still an obvious difference.

They could fix Kermit's voice with a computer, but I guess Disney doesn't feel the investment is worth the return.

I too, thought it was just "okay"...still need to give it a few weeks to see how things go - a lot of characters yet to appear.

I thought it was okay. That being said, I really wish the whole season would have dropped so I could have binged it. I’ve loved the Muppets in all forms, even the lesser stuff. I have mid-high hopes this will improve.

This week’s episode was pretty funny for the most part. And the Swedish Chef has him competing against Machete! Bunsen and Beaker burning random stuff was weird but funny.

The 1976-81 show is one of my favorite things ever, and I still watch episodes regularly. Previous attempts at reviving it greatly disappointed me, but I think I’ve learned to lower my expectations, as I really enjoyed the first episode, especially the photobombing segment. Looking forward to more.

I grew up on the original and even remembering loving Muppets Tonight (which was on when I was in college). The Muppets on ABC had potential, just didn't last long enough to grow.

I'll give this a shot when I re-sub for Mandalorian: S2. I'll give any Muppet Show a shot.
