I liked the first ep, visually a good looking show. The casting isn't nearly as good as the People v OJ, but this is an interesting storyline.

Another decent episode. I like the attention to detail - including the funeral and cremation. Looks like a bit of "filler" to expand it all. I mean, do we know for sure Andrew was hanging out with a crackhead at the hotel? And then the scene with the older man in the hotel room?
But I really love the music they are using. Some of it older than 1997 - but still good stuff.

I'm liking this show. I liked that they are pointing out the Miami PD and FBI screwed up trying to Cunanan

Just finished episode 2. Before watching the episode, I was excited to see the episode titled “Manhunt”.
I love a good law enforcement chase, man on the run, fugitive, etc type of plot.
So episode 2 was a different kind of “manhunt”

There was a guy that did interact once with Cunanan at the hotel. The show just added for dramatization.

The reveal that Versace had AIDS came as a big surprise to me. I had never heard that, but the link clears up that this is in dispute. The tape mask was troubling. It seemed like something more from American Horror Story.

Episode 3 (Jan 31) was fantastic. I enjoyed this more than the actual plot of Versace himself. Maybe it’s due to the serial killer aspect of the plot.

BTW : Last week I went to a pizza place and they started playing "Easy Lover" and I started having awful flashbacks to Cunanan dancing and duct tape. That song is ruined for me now

I'd say Judith Light deserves an Emmy nomination for this, but do they even recognize a single guest spot for a limited series?

The Academy has stepped in to curb the trend, putting a cap of an actor appearing in 50% of the season’s episode or less to be considered a “guest.”

Loved the first two episodes but Ep3 was a dud for me... I hope we don't get a weekly procedural of "who will Andrew kill next". I'm fascinated more by the stuff in Miami, Versace's lifestyle and Cunanan's obsession with him.
I really, really feel bad for the real life Miglund (sp?) family. I don't think the average person knew much about the details of his murder prior to this show... embarrassing and sad to say the least.

As someone who knew almost nothing of this case other than the name Andrew Cunanan as the killer of Versace until this show started, I am enjoying this quite a bit. I mean until 3 weeks ago if you had asked me I would have said Andrew was a boyfriend of Versace who killed him and then himself shortly thereafter. As i watched i sorta remembered that he was a serial killer who had murdered multiple people prior to Versace but it wasnt a case I really looked into. Maybe due to being in Mass and newly married and moving multiple times that year it just wasnt that big of a story around here that I got into at the time.
Anyway I think Darren Criss is fantastic in this role and is really creepy. I know it is done through directorial/acting choices and music cues because there is no way he could have been this creepy in real life and not been caught sooner, but it is really effective as a TV show. I have been reading all the comparisons between the true story and the show and I am looking forward to this show each week which I would not have thought prior to watching it. Makes me think that even Katrina may be made interesting.

Another good episode last night, however I can't help but wonder where it goes from here. That was the 4th episode out of 9 (and each are about an hour instead of the usual 40-45 min) and we have now seen all the murders Cunanan committed prior to killing Versace (which was shown in the 1st episode). I hope there's not alot of boring filler over the next 5 episodes.

Intense Feb 7th episode. Episode was somewhat long and depressing.

I'm finding this to be a bore. I get that Cunanan had more victims than Versace... but this is called "The Assassination of Gianni VERSACE". It looks to get somewhat back on track next week... albeit with a flash, flash back to show how Cunanan and Dandy (from AHS) met. Ugh... who cares?

I liked the first three but this one did nothing for me. Cunanan isn’t an interesting character even by remorseless serial killer standards. Mindhunter’s Kemper is far more interesting in a much smaller part.
On the plus side : Aimee Mann covering The Cars’ “Drive”.

Pretty good Feb 14 episode. While I am interested in the serial killer aspect of the show, it is odd to not see much of Versace.

I enjoyed the last two episodes with performances by Finn Wittrock and the guy who played the victim David.
