Not exactly. We have a draft night in Sept. 25 which is a first to post format. If you're the first to post at draft time, you get your first choice. If somebody beats you to your first pick, you have to post again.

The only way the draft would still be open during the first episode would be if 2 or more people haven't picked yet.

Ah draft night is not episode 1 night, you just picked a random date before the premiere.
