The "Dr Branhattan" thing mentioned on youtube (and mentioned above) about Bran being a bit scrambled in the head makes sense, but he did seem like he had it a together a bit better post Hodor-door-holding.

Going back an episode, there should have been a siege to take Highgarden, you should be able to hold a castle for quite a while with a limited amount of men, that whole thing seems badly handled this season to me also. Pretty sure it won't go down like that in the books.

I agree there's a bit of Euron-magic-fleet-building going on, convenient for the plot, and Bronn should have been dead being anywhere near that close to the dragonfire, but sometimes TV/movie cliches are gonna make it in.

The show is still fantastic, it just feels a bit emptier / TV-ish, so to speak, than it used to. GRRM's tighter / more sensible plotting helped keep the show grounded (when they weren't teleporting Littlefinger around).

All minor nitpicks. The dragons fucking torched people, their ashes blowing away, people burning alive, great stuff. Speaking of nitpicks, an cavalry charge of Dothraki and a dragon burning people alive should have resulted in a total rout. First charge and they should have been running like little bitches.

A bit much (as Leslie Jones humor tends to be) but still amusing in places. Also, a big cameo.

G-d damn if this isn't an incredible episode from start to finish. When Sansa realized what Arya has become she was more than shocked. And that battle scene was just epic. The Dothraki are savage. Lannisters never faced that before...
