I thought he went missing on the Fourth of July. That's when Archie and Grundy heard the gun shoot. He was killed a week later but we don't know the whereabouts of anybody.

I think It was pretty good. The Grundy thing is gross and unneeded. Betty and Veronica and Archie and Jughead had better chemistry together than endgame Betty and Archie.
