I guess the hook was the fact that it was their first year back in LA. The season was a train wreck, but it could be interesting like driving by a bad accident. You know you shouldn't, but you just have to look.
I hope the do a show for the Raiders first season in Las Vegas!

I'm through 3 episodes. 5 more to go.
I'll give NFL Films some credit. They did a really good job editing this. They made some really dull football into interesting drama. So far through 3 episodes, they have covered 5 games into the season. Last episode showed the Rams fall apart after a 3-1 start and lose to the Bills at home.
Fisher curses a lot. I have to admit the most entertaining guy out of all the coaches is D-Coordinator Gregg Williams. Lots of personality. Very fiery in their film sessions.

Finished the season yesterday.
The Fisher firing was in episode 6. Not really much dramatic build up to it. The writing was on the wall after the Rams lost to the Patriots and Goff had a terrible game.
Fisher announced his firing to the coaches and then to the team afterwards. Fisher seems like a genuinely good guy. I think his coordinators and assistant coaches really let him down. Big thing was Rob Boras really let him down as his offensive coordinator. Their offense was garbage last season.
There was some emotions in the team meeting. Johnny Hekker spoke up and said that they as a team let him down.
Episode 7 focused on Fassel taking over as Interim coach to wrap up the season. Fassel is known to the team as "Bones" he seems like a good guy. Glad that he was retained.
Episode 8 was basically an epilogue and focused on the hiring of McVay, the draft and what happened to some of the team after the season and where are they now. Boras is now working for the Bills, Kendricks signed with the Packers, Will Hayes was traded to the Dolphins and Case Keenum went to the Vikings. Boras was a terrible offensive coordinator. No team should ever hire him for that gig. He's lucky that he got that TE coach gig with the Bills.
They talked to Fisher and he said he hopes to get a job next year. Highly unlikely though IMO. The best he could probably do IMO is getting a coordinator job if that.
Overall, I thought it was a pretty entertaining watch. But, if you're not a Rams fan at all or simply don't care about their team and their difficult 1st year back in LA, I can see how this may not interest you. I know most of the Sports Forum who follow the NFL aren't Rams fans.
What they did show of Sean McVay I liked. Seems like a guy with lots of energy and enthusiasm. He turned Kirk Cousins into a star QB, so I can see why the Rams like him and hired him.

Season 3 will cover the Dallas Cowboys disappointing 2017 season.
Btw, glad the McVay hiring worked out after all.

Probably not going to watch the Michigan series, but I'm surprised they got Mark Harmon to narrate it, since he's a UCLA guy.

I'll watch, of course. But I'm not looking forward to reliving the trainwreck that the second half of the season became once Cam went down.

If they air it on the NFL Network in a year I would watch but they will probably censor the show.

All of Nothing is a very well produced series.
However, I think you're going to be very hard pressed to get someone, even a casual NFL fan, to watch something that chronicles events from a season ago, Especially a bad season.
I'm assuming that most here in DVD Talk could care less about watching 8 episodes chronicling the Carolina Panthers, unless you're from or close by that region.

Dude, I already know you're a Panthers fan. But no one else is here.Just like I'm a Los Angeles Rams fan and I watched their All or Nothing season a few years ago. But, no one else here could give a rats ass about the Rams.

The 2019 Eagles are the focus of the latest iteration of Amazon's All or Nothing, the in-season documentary of an NFL team vying for football glory produced by NFL Films. The eight-episode series, narrated once again by Jon Hamm, follows the path of a franchise with an inside look at the workings of the organization through 16 regular-season games and whatever postseason contests it might earn. This year's Eagles reached Wild Card Weekend, where they fell in painful fashion to the Seattle Seahawks.
The pain included the loss of Carson Wentz in the playoff contest and the insertion of 40-year-old Josh McCown, who suffered a torn hamstring and played through the injury to a close loss. We're sure to receive an up close look at that incredible effort and the many more that were required in the weeks and months prior as the Eagles overcame the loss of many significant contributors while racing to a division title.
All or Nothing premieres Friday, Feb. 7 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
