Maybe This is Us with Peter Petrelli but I bet it will be bomb and canned quickly.

Just wished NBC would give Fey and Poehler their own Thurs night sitcom and bring back memories of 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation.

The season is way too long! Plus 3 hours every week. American Idol ended its final season like a month ago, I can't believe The Voice hasn't wrapped up yet.

They had me at "Sterling K. Brown". What a revelation he was as Christopher Darden. I was hoping he would land another role.

How long has the Emerald City pilot been in the can? Won't it be close to 2 years by midseason? I'm surprised it's airing at this point, let alone that the actor's contracts haven't expired yet.

It was supposed to air this season. Yeah by the time this airs in 2017, it will be close to 2 years since it was 1st announced.

I'm not sure if I will be returning to The Voice's 11th season in the Fall. I hit a wall this season and honestly I'm just fried trying to keep up with it. Season is too long and too many hours per week. I managed to finish the Fall season, but this Spring season has been kind of a chore. I hit a road block at episode 16.

I think I'd rather watch a good 1 hour scripted show instead.

Same thing happened to us last season. We didn't watch a single episode this round. At this point they'd have to revamp the structure and compress everything to about 3 months to lure is back.

I've never watched DWTS, but doesn't that have a relatively short cycle?

I've always thought it was overkill that they run two seasons a year for shows like this. I think this is a major factor as to why few Voice contestants have any career traction after the show is over... by the time they put anything out a whole new group of contestants has come and gone.

I don't watch any of the returning shows and I'll be checking out at least the pilot of each freshman show.

Probably wouldn't make sense for you to watch The Blacklist spinoff if you don't watch the original show. All the characters were introduced this past season and the Pilot already aired as an episode of The Blacklist.
