I didn't love this episode either but I did get a kick out of Richard Greico and Charlie doing the impression. And I always like an appearance from Cricket.

Anyone else notice a weird cut in the opening scene? It seemed that they were going to cut to another scene from Dee's movie but instead it cut to reaction shots that seemed just a bit out of place. I bet they tried to show something really over the line from the fake movie and had to cut it. Or maybe I'm imagining things.

I didn't get the ending though. Mac/Dennis bail on the bet with 1 second left because the paid rent they'd win would only apply to the house - in which they don't want to live. Why did they think that winning the bet would force them to live in the house? They just can't collect if they don't live there. I know it's only a comedy, but come on.

The entire story plot was too predictable it ruined the episode for me. Even when Dee insisted on being a part of the bet was so obvious what they were trying to do. I only laughed once when Charlie was point out that he willingly sleeps with an old man.

Episode was hilarious. Dennis was great in this. He has the best rage moments. Him commuting to work was terrific. "You fat pig!"

Dennis may be my favorite character on the show.

And the scene where he took off his clothes in front of the neighbor. Hilarious.

Perhaps you should re-read your own shit and just realize it's a comedy, come on! and for the sake of the joke/story, it needed to be held to the reward/rent gets applied to the shitty new place.

Thought this episode was great. Dennis going into rage mode is always hilarious. I got a kick out of them eating mac and cheese every night. Loved The Shining homage throughout.

I believe Coral's point is that Mac and Dennis won the bet and winning the bet means that they didn't need to sleep with the old (black) man. Winning the bet didn't mean that they needed to stay in the house and accept the reward. They could have both won the bet and forgone the reward to move back into the city without having to sleep with the old (black) man.

But yeah, comedy, plot holes are for comedic purposes so they should be let go.

Yea, they can be let go - but I find it lazy when shows let things slide like that when it would be an easy fix and they wouldn't have lost any laughs.

Another great episode! With the exception of the first episode this has been a strong season.

Latest episode fell a bit flat for me. Interesting (somewhat) for the Frank perspective, but we sorta saw some of that when he was on a LSD trip while 'trapped' in the toilet in the Philadelphia Eagles' tryout episode.

A few laughs, but not a lot for me, everything just went too fast. The scene with the snake meat sandwich was morbidly funny, that was good.
