Damn, I felt blue balled when Eichorst just took of running, I thought he and Quinland were going to throw down.
So with Nora and Zach gone, Eph essentially has no one left. Surprised they killed her off, big departure from the books. The prospect of Setrakian, Fet, Gus, Angel, and Quinland sounds like a cool dynamic. Don't know what the heck they're going to with Eph now that he's all by himself. Where's Dutch? Palmer, you idiot. At least have a UV circle to stand in and some silver or something. You'd need more leverage than that when you're dealing with superpowered creatures.
Wildly uneven season, an improvement over the last, but still needs some direction. A few interesting possibilities for next year though.

So wish they would have offed Gus and Angel. Don't care what they are in the books, on this show they suck balls and bring down any episode where they appear.

Mia Maestro has a major reoccurring role in Scandal, so of course she was going to jump out of the sinking ship that is the strain.

They must really want us to hate that kid. They succeeded. That was beyond annoying. His mom looks like a freak show, there's no way a normal kid would want to cuddle with her.

Good thing this show is awesome when it's on target because between Gus/Angel, Eph's revenge, and the whole mom story line this show really becomes groan worthy at least once per episode.

Yep'. It'll be cathartic when that little bastard dies. I don't think the creative team meant for Zach to be like that. But none of us felt the motives they wanted us to feel.
I never had a problem with Carl from The Walking Dead. I would equate Zach to Andrea.

Trailer already looks more interesting than the whole of season 2. Season 2 was pretty much filler crap that didn't even happen in the source material.

Glad that there was no sign of Zach in the preview. Worst part of an otherwise entertaining show.
