Thank God they don't show them anymore, but the Lil Wayne commercials for Galaxy S7 were probably my most hated ones from the last 10 years.

The commercials for McDonald's McPick 2 have been irritating me a lot lately. The way the people act like its such a great deal for one thing and the stupid jingle.

Television advertising is a huge reason we don't watch television any more. That, and the fact that most of the programming sucks. We ditched cable in '09 because of the lack of decent programming, but when we tried to watch an 84 minute movie they put in a 2 hour time slot on network television then killed it with bullshit commercials (and cut some of the movie to make room for more commercials) is a major reason for building up the video collection and saying bye bye to regular television. My god most of them make me want to throw something at the TV. And we wonder why shit costs so much. When these people can spend multiple millions on a fucking commercial, somebody's going to pay for it.

I can't stand those humpy dumpty in the hospital commercials where he keeps throwing up yellow gunk. Can't remember what they're for, but I need find out so I never, ever, buy that product.

Not a "hate" but very awkward that I found funny. Tim Horton's had a commercial on this morning discussing how hot it's getting out and you need their ice coffee. Except for the fact we've been running close to 20 degrees colder than average it wasn't bad. This morning it was in the thirties in most areas. High of 46 at best today. Over the weekend there was some wet snow in the higher elevations. Ice coffee is not exactly on many people's minds. How about some hot chocolate?

Can't remember what it was for but there's one I've seen about a woman who survived cancer. That's great, truly. I didn't even mind the actor portrayal of a real patient. Where it got me mad is it made it look like she was a legit person, filming them filming her part of the commercial, going behind the scenes as she gets make-up and, to take it over the top, showing her "family" waiting off stage watching her film this commercial. Later, they all come up, hug her and line up for a photo shoot.
If this were the real cancer survivor, no problem whatsoever but the fact it's an actor and thus this "family" were likely actors just pissed me off for some reason.

The American Family Insurance with the guy busking in a park when Jennifer Hudson suddenly shows up. I know it's totally staged, but if I were a guy playing guitar on a street corner trying to make a couple bucks and some random person, famous or not, came in and started shouting over me I probably wouldn't be cool with it.

Sick of this dumb commercial. And is she supposed to look worse after her makeover? Because she totally does.

The girl who grew up with a Crayola in her hands and now makes clothes in her loft with her new tablet you can scribble on. It's not a bad commercial, it's just that I can't seem to escape it.

Came here to post that. I don't ever see TV ads since I skip over them, but I'm forced to hear this insufferable girl's pretentiously enunciated voice on Spotify. Holy shit, I feel like going out and stabbing a hipster, and I'm a leftist peacenik. Nobody cares about the precious shit you're shilling for, lassie, so fuck the hell off.

Thomas Middleditch comes off as neurotic and creepy in the new Verizon commercials. Yes I know that is the same persona as Silicon Valley but it just feels off the pitch a product.

O hate for the new Best Buy laptop in a library with doughnuts? The ones with the random guy from the Pitch Perfect movies. The longer version isn't bad, but there's like a 20 second short version with most of the emphasis on, "Needy!" When his moth is full of doughnut. So annoying.

I don't know if radio commercials count, but XM has an ad that plays INCESSANTLY on their MLB Network channel that starts "Are you drowning in an ocean of debt?" and goes on to offer some service to renegotiate debt with credit card companies.
I dive on the radio like it's a live grenade to change the station when I hear the first few seconds. It plays EVERY SINGLE commercial break.

Panera's commercials are the worst. What in the hell is "clean" food anyway? Is it so bad to say "antibiotic free"?

The latest one I'm hating is the Downy commercial where this guy goes on a date with a raggedy old shirt (the v-neck that has turned into a u-nek). What an asshat.
