So now that Rick is horny it will ruin this situation. Nice. It is actually a better angle than being overtaken by another group etc...

Last week, we had creepy husband Pete on the porch. This week, it was all about creepy Rick.

If Rick winds up killing the husband/ruining the Alexandria community, is it something his character can ever redeem himself from? The writers need to be careful here.

Carol remains my favorite character, I'm glad they've gotten her back into the story. However, the writers have softened her. The old Carol would have killed that kid outright.

I don't think they softened her at all ... in fact, she is even worse - now even willing to kill a kid in order to cover her tracks

I was glad to see that Daryl didn't take one of the guns, but was disappointed that Rick took one (since he was trusted with a gun as part of his job)

Daryl was right - if they are going to even try to make it work they have to have some trust. That - and he has a crossbow.

It wasn't just about having guns. It was about having unregistered guns that the town doesn't know they have.

Did they say if Daryl has to return the crossbow when he goes back inside the gate?

He had it last episode after Glen's altercation (and he wasn't outside of the gate at that time)

A lot of comic references in this episode. I know it's a big cast and they want to keep costs down but you have a cocktail party for the new people and some of them are inexplicably absent. Things like that really stick out in this show.

I'm glad to see they are keeping the plot-line from the comics where Father Gabriel and Eugene have their romantic secret love nest tucked away from everyone else where they look for the virus cure... but end up finding each other instead.

I thought we'd see gay Darryl finally come forward and the internet would have exploded.

Actually I sort of feel they have been hinting at it.

This might get taken down as it looks like it was a video of a TV screen, but Ross Marquand's (Aaron) impression of Matthew McConaughey was just dead on, on Talking Dead last night.

That would be too much 'splainin' to do.

So - knowing how Rick banished her once for what she did ... I wonder what action he would take if she did the same in this community

Carol threatening the kid might've been one of the best things this show has ever done.

I couldn't decide if it was made better or worse by the kid's horrible haircut.

The Walking Dead spinoff was ordered to series. AMC ordered 2 seasons. Season 1 will consist of 6 episodes and will air this summer.

Re: The Walking Dead (S5E13) -- "Forget" -- 3/8/15

I'll be curious if they stick with six episode seasons or expand to 16 like the main show. I imagine AMC would love to have new Walking Dead episodes in every quarter.

They need to bring Marquand to Comic Con this year, whether or not his character survives. Looks like he could be a hit.

Re: The Walking Dead (S5E13) -- "Forget" -- 3/8/15

So, there is a group of bad guys out there called Wolves or something that carved the W into the walkers forehead. Obviously the A hand stamp is a reference to the W forehead carve, but what correlation/meaning are the writers trying to get across between the two?

Re: The Walking Dead (S5E13) -- "Forget" -- 3/8/15

As a critic of pretty much every storyline thus far in this series, I have to say I love where they are taking the show (assuming they do not pussy out that is). I like it is dark and you are seeing the effects that these people have been through on some (PTSD, extra cautious/paranoid, etc.).
