HA! I had the same thought at the time. Given the show's propensity to keep people alive I would have somehow accepted a living/breathing Tom Jefferson over an interactive hologram.

That Katrina had some shift to the "dark side" I can definitely see, but I felt that there was a huge acceleration to one dimensional villain status in this episode that really wasn't borne out by the story. That she would so quickly and easily dismiss and try to kill her husband and Abby, especially knowing that they were witnesses? I completely didn't buy it.

But then the characters (and writers) didn't seem to do much thinking in the previous episode either imo.

The show definitely has been a disappointment in S2 when compared to S1 imo, but these last two episodes really have me questioning if I'd watch a S3 regularly, absent some significant writing improvements.
