The champagne spilling shot was hilarious.
I'm not sure what the plan is for Fish. I kind of figured that Jada wouldn't sign up for a show long term, so I have been expecting her to exit before the season ends.

But what else does Jada have going on? Other then being Mrs Will Smith or Jaden's mom, I haven't heard from her in years.
Note: I haven't seen this episode yet.

This episode seemed to be no quite filler, but just a lot of small things without a major storyline running through it.
I think they really missed an opportunity with Scarecrow's father. I imagine if after he "cured" himself of fear he started standing up against the corruption in Gotham. One or two bold acts of vigilantism could have made his character a bit more morally grey, brought the mob into the storyline, and provided a great setup to touch on elements of the Batman mythos.

So, when Bullock was looking at the yearbook, they lingered on a shot of 3 girls for several seconds. Was one of the girls Liza? Sure looked like her.

I was thinking they would have Bruce fall into a cave full of bats. I'm not sure why they went with the cock tease. I was also surprised that didn't go with classic name for Penguin's club. Might as well cut all the Bruce scenes since they were useless.
The birth of scarecrow was done alright. I kind of wish they kept the dad around longer.
I like Fish but her situation is weird. Why didn't they start at the fight from last week. It seems like there are prisoners that have been locked up for a long time. Someone should know what is going. They should have just come out and said what the place is.
Gordon trying to get into Thompkins pants, nice. Taxi!

Cameron Monaghan, who plays Ian on Shameless, is apparently playing a very notable Gotham villain.

The Bruce scenes did turn out worthless, they went nowhere . I think the kid has gotten better since the first few episodes, when he was terrible. They almost need to go back and re-shoot the scenes including him in those first four or five episodes.

That was the most confidently placed scarecrow in the history of ever . The scenes with Bruce and Alfred were very nicely played, but unfortunately, the basically went nowhere and had nothing to do with the rest of the episode.

I almost expected to Bruce and the Cranes to run into each other. They seemed to be in similar areas.
