Poor Manny, to have his mom rolling all over him in the car like that.

I thought this was a great episode. Loved Luke's "why'd we stop?"
Claire walking in on Alex attacking Hailey and Luke with his mentos rocket pack, hilarious.
"come on, karate chop me or something"
Phil threatening Gil's life, and Cam's reaction.

An off episode, but a good one at that. The non-linear storyline worked well. Loved Cam's moment with Phil.

Strong episode and really enjoyed the non-linear storytelling aspect of it.
That whole interaction was the best part of the episode for me. Gil thought Phil was taking the high road and he went for the low blows and was stone cold. Loved it.

This was the first MF episode I ever watched. Um, how long has Ed O'Neill been on this show and where the hell was I?

EDIT: If you were into Married... With Children (which I'm guessing you are), you'll get a kick out of this:
Funnily enough, this is pretty much the only newspaper anyone on television/movies ever reads apparently:
Spoiler:
Neat little article about it here and a list of even more appearances here.

He's been in almost every episode since the first, so 107 episodes over 5 or so years. Him and Katey Sagal were nominated for emmys in the same year a few years ago. Its cool, i find caves calming too.

Kind of surprised at the number of likes this ep is getting in this thread. For me it all felt kind of forced and unfunny (though there were a few things that made me laugh).
And usually I find most of the eps pretty entertaining, even when the discussions here usually bemoan too much "Cam and Mitchell" - who I tend to find funny. Oh well...
