There are a few new Hallmark titles on Amazon Video this morning for $.99 cents. They are Charming Christmas, Every Christmas Has a Story and Lucky in Love. Bought two of these full price on Vudu last year.

Thanks for the tips! The only downside is that until now, nearly all my Hallmark purchases have been on Vudu, and now I'll have to track them in two places. Too bad they aren't Movies Anywhere!

I see one of last year's films, Christmas at Holly Lodge, is coming out on DVD on October 2. I wonder which other ones will be released on digital.

Most seem to get a digital release but they don't get announced as quickly as the DVDs. I compiled a list of upcoming DVD releases last night so I could get the digitial copies if they are also $.99 cents. I don't want to pay full price for these. Would really be great if these become MA but wonder if that will happen. Yes, I also have a ton of Hallmark titles on Vudu.

Looks like Christmas in Evergreen came out digitally in June, and I think that was one of last year's new titles.

I usually get them for five bucks in the Vudu sale. It was kind of a test when one of my favorites, A Nutcracker Christmas, was available last year but never went on sale, so I never pulled the trigger. It's hard to justify paying full price when they rerun them all the time and it's easy to throw them on the DVR, though it's nice to watch them without commercials.

Ice Sculpture Christmas and The Heart of Christmas were just added to the list of $.99 cent movies. Amazing that they are selling for this price. Wonder if they are testing a new price point? Great for us..though I have a lot of these titles already.

Ice Sculpture has Rachel Boston, so I've probably seen it already. But I'll still get it for 99 cents.

Heart of Christmas is showing at full price for me, but is also free for Prime.

I expect it is another test. Amazon was running all new graphic novels at 99 cents for several weeks until industry backlash stopped it.

I think it's about profiling certain customers for Amazon. Anyone that buys into these 99 cent deals almost certainly had to pick them up on social media somewhere, the chances of randomly coming across them is virtually nil. They can also check how much niche fare like these videos sell at basically "free" price points.

To anyone's knowledge or best guess, has Hallmark sold digital copies of their movies previously at $.99 cents. Or did we just not notice until these recent sales..lol?

Last year Amazon had a bunch of Lifetime Christmas movies at 99 cents and I bought a couple, but I don't recall anything for Hallmark.
