"The Septum Deviation" - When Leonard gets minor surgery on his nose, Sheldon is the one in need of sympathy. DVD Talk Hall of Fame
Although he was an asshole as per usual, I was hoping the punch line would be about how much he genuinely cared about Leonard, and it essentially was. I also like how they're showing that relationships are difficult, even in a sitcom 
. Not quite as good as last week, but a nice undercurrent of slightly serious stuff and some good laughs. The cast have been together so long that they play off of each other so well, even when the shtick gets a little tired.
The surgery reminds me of my father. Snores and wakes up ever damn night choking. I'd swear he has sleep apnea, but can get his stubborn ass to get checked

This has been the longest thread with no complaints about Penny's new hair since she cut it.
I don't like her new hair.
Phew, now that that's finally out of the way, we can talk about the show again.
Curious as to what they will do with Howard's mom. Obviously it's easy to recast given it's a voice, but aside from Stewart, she's been less and less a part of the show now that Howard's married.

When the season started it was waaaay to short. Now it's starting to grow back some, so it at least doesn't look as pixie-ish. I don't care for it, but it's getting better.

It's been mentioned in prior episodes that Leonard has asthma, not a snoring problem. It's also been mentioned that Penny's the one that snores. Oh well.
