Either way, whoever isn't familiar with either act just isn't familiar with music. S&G disbanded before I was born, but I'm still familiar with most of their songs. H&O were radio staples when I was young, but if you like music at, you should be familiar with them as they have some damn good songs, regardless of what genre you might prefer. Also, Darryl Hall's first solo album is really freaking good, as King Crimson's Robert Fripp produced and played guitar on it. But if you're a music fan, you'd know that.

I liked the last episode and the stuff with Kate was hilarious.

The 29/31 song was awesome

Best episode so far.

That song, along with all the others, have been on their youtube channel for years. It's nothing new.

29/31 is one of my favorite G&O songs, if only because of the way the vocals of the two voices play off each other, instead of singing the same lyrics in unison like they normally do.

Obviously they're incorporating a song from the repertoire in each episode. I'm sure we'll get a "Pregnant Women are Smug" episode soon. What I'm really looking forward to is a "Go Kart Racing (Accidentally Masturbating)" episode, or especially "The Loophole", if IFC is daring enough.

The show is decent enough, but I have to skip through the songs - I don't find them funny or even catchy.

"Pregnant Women Are Smug" was done on their HBO web series. I don't know if they'd do it, again.

They certainly have a different brand of humor.

I liked the last episode with Dennis the Heckler. I actually wanted to hear them sing the Growing Pains theme song. In one of the season previews, there was a shot of Kate and Riki at a baby shower, so we will see Pregnant Women Are Smug.

I wasn't familiar with them before, but I am really liking this show. Though I agree with some of you that the songs are often the weakest part. Kate is the one that cracks me up the most.

I think "29/31" is frigging depressing :p. I'd be impressed if they'd show "The Loophole." It took a forklift to get my jaw off the floor when I first saw it. I first discovered them when Kaye guested on TBBT, and I've been interested ever since.

On their Reddit AMA they said The Loophole was a no go due to the show's rating, which surprised me given the gag reflex stuff.

Also, it was nice to see our newest forum member get an acting role.

Loved the Weird Al cameo.

This show is really falling into it's groove. Hopefully IFC renews it.

I got caught up in the last two episodes. Ari Graynor was great as the annoying ex member in the previous episode. Tonight's episode was a bit annoying with Rikki's baby fever, but the Peter Pan syndrome stuff with Kate was funny. I hope IFC renews this show.

I don't know. I'm a huge G&O fan and this show is really hit or miss.

While last week brought the show back into the swing of things, tonight's episode was awful especially as G&O just repeated what they've already done on HBO.

I might agree with my friend that this show feels like a low rate Flight of the Conchords.

Except G&O has boobs and legs.

They win.

Last time I checked, there weren't any paraplegics on FOTC?

I really want them to preform Go-Kart Racing before this season ends, that's my favorite G&O song.

 Loved the pregnant women song. I know these songs are old, but they're new to me.

It took a couple of episodes to find its footing, but I've been loving this show the last few weeks.

Enjoyed it. For once the song (although still not much musically) was at least funny.

That, and "The College Try"

I mean, any song that refers to female genitalia looking like "a half eaten beef n' cheddar from Arby's" is an automatic winner in my book

I watched the season finale earlier today. It was ok. I only liked the storyline of Peter Pan Kate dating a high school kid. I thought the end song fit in well with the episode.

I saw a little marathon they had yesterday and it was ok; the weed song was good, probably the best I heard, but the visuals with the Cheryl song were just as good. I thought it was funny that in the ET portion of the Weed Song either girl could have been ET in the basket and it would have worked.
