tons of name dropping in this one
the light gun things made me think of ghostbusters
Coulson should have fully revealed himself to the cellist instead of just a quick thing while she was still half unconscious
I like May's mom. I guess that sets up Hill's return

catching back up on episodes after being unbelievably busy for a few weeks - loving the direction of the show (and I was able to watch the new cap movie at the right time).
I will say though - of all the complaints about wooden acting, this dude playing triplett may as well be pinocchio. Jeez he is pretty bad in every single line delivery. other than that, I like him.

I am getting caught up on this show now. I just watched this episode. I haven't seen Winter Soldier yet (I am a DVD-waiter for movies since I never go to the theater) but I knew the big spoiler from reading it online so I wasn't lost. Anyway, something that did puzzle me is when Koenig says that not even Romanoff could pass the lie detector test. So does that mean Black Widow was a traitor in the Winter Soldier movie? I know she was revealed as a traitor in Ultimate Marvel.

no, i think what they meant is that this new lie detector test was unbeatable (which it obviously was not). i think that is what i gathered out of that scene.
